He grew up in market and consumer research top level agencies, with a long-standing experiences in various categories. As a part time academia, he teaches consumer and cognitive psychology with current research focus on attention and working memory capacity, and how they apply in decision making and the broader aspect (i.e. behaviour change, consumer behaviour, etc.). Dimas earned Master degree in consumer psychology from Bangor University in Wales, UK and a Bachelor in psychology from University of Indonesia.
