How Behavioral Science Leverages Psychology 🧠✨

Behavioral science is all about understanding why people do what they do — and it leans heavily on psychology to do that.

By studying how we think, feel, and make decisions, behavioral science helps improve everything from product design to public policy. It turns deep psychological insights into practical tools — like nudges, choice architecture, and habit formation techniques — to guide behavior in real-world situations.

Whether it’s encouraging healthier habits or designing better user experiences, psychology is at the core of how behavioral science drives change.
