Training of Trainers: Day 2 – Practice, Feedback, and Real Facilitation Energy

After learning about basic behavioral principles on Day 1, Day 2 of the Training of Trainers (ToT) was all about practice, feedback, and confidence-building.

👥 Divided into 8 small groups, the participants—including PKB/PLKB, BKKBN representatives, and Plan Indonesia field staff—took turns delivering training simulations based on the modules introduced earlier.

The room was filled with enthusiasm, laughter, and valuable insights. One interesting moment was when one of the groups directly adapted some of the nudges that had been made into real designs.

At the end of the day, many participants expressed that they felt more confident and ready to train PKB/PLKB and engage BKB cadres in their areas.
